Crafted at Tequila Las Americas, NOM 1480, this gem is the creation of the Montes family—third-generation agave farmers turned expert distillers. Made from agave plants grown on a single estate near the distillery, they thrive on the rich, dark volcanic soil of the Lowlands. Each plant is hand-tended and USDA certified organic – no pesticides or chemicals in sight! Baked low and slow in traditional stone ovens, the piñas take their first steps towards a smooth tequila with an open-top fermentation process that enhances natural aromas. Distilled twice for good measure, then rested for two to three months, this tequila has time to breathe and develop a softer profile. Think vibrant agave with hints of ripe fruit, herbs, and minerals. The finish? Soft and smooth.
