Eligibility — 21+ only
You must be at least 21 years old to browse, purchase, or receive products from this site. By ordering, you represent that you and the recipient are 21+ and that a 21+ adult with valid photo ID will be present to receive any alcohol delivery. It is illegal to purchase alcohol for anyone under 21.
Licensing
Jo’s Liquor sells under California ABC License No. 128497 (Type 21 — Off-Sale General), issued by the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control. Sales are limited to where we are lawfully permitted to sell and deliver (California only).
Products, pricing & availability
We strive for accuracy, but prices, descriptions, vintages, and availability may change without notice and may contain errors. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel or limit orders, including after an order has been placed. Product images are illustrative.
Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy; our acceptance occurs when we dispatch or fulfill it. We may refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected resale, age-verification failure, out-of-area delivery) and will refund accordingly.
