Eligibility — 21+ only
You must be at least 21 years old to browse, purchase, or receive products from this site. By ordering, you represent that you and the recipient are 21+ and that a 21+ adult with valid photo ID will be present to receive any alcohol delivery. It is illegal to purchase alcohol for anyone under 21.

Jo’s Liquor is operated by Suk Jong Jo, doing business as Jo’s Liquor, at 333 W Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90015.
Licensing
Jo’s Liquor sells under California ABC License No. 128497 (Type 21 — Off-Sale General), issued by the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control. Sales and delivery are limited to California, where we are lawfully licensed — see our Shipping Policy.
Promotions
Where a promotional code is offered (for example, our 10% welcome offer for newsletter subscribers), it applies to your first online order only, is limited to one use per customer, cannot be combined with other coupons, and has no cash value. We may modify or withdraw promotions at any time; orders already placed are unaffected.
Products, pricing & availability
We strive for accuracy, but prices, descriptions, vintages, and availability may change without notice and may contain errors. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel or limit orders, including after an order has been placed. Product images are illustrative.
Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy; our acceptance occurs when we dispatch or fulfill it. We may refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected resale, age-verification failure, out-of-area delivery) and will refund accordingly.
