Jo’s Liquor is committed to the responsible sale and enjoyment of alcohol. We sell only to adults 21 and over, verify ID at delivery and pickup, and never serve anyone who is underage or appears intoxicated.
21+ only — always
It is illegal to buy or attempt to buy alcohol if you are under 21, or to purchase on behalf of someone under 21. A valid, unexpired government photo ID matching the order is required at handoff, and deliveries are never left unattended.
Drink in moderation
If you choose to drink, do so in moderation. The U.S. Dietary Guidelines describe moderate drinking as up to one standard drink per day for women and up to two for men, on days alcohol is consumed. Pace yourself, drink water, and eat while you drink.
Never drink and drive
Never drive or operate machinery after drinking. Plan ahead — arrange a designated driver, rideshare, taxi, or public transit.
Please don’t drink if…
- You are under 21, pregnant, or may become pregnant.
- You are taking medication that interacts with alcohol.
- You have a health condition made worse by alcohol, or you are in recovery.
