Last updated: July 2026. Jo’s Liquor is a licensed California off-sale retailer (License No. 128497, Type 21 — Off-Sale General). Because we sell beverage alcohol, all orders are age-verified (21+), and delivery is limited to where we are lawfully licensed to sell — within the State of California.
Where we deliver
We deliver within California only. We do not ship alcohol to other states: most states prohibit direct-to-consumer spirits shipments, and our license is issued by the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control. Orders with a delivery address outside California cannot be accepted, and checkout will not offer delivery outside California.
We also cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, or parcel lockers. In-store pickup is always available at our shop at 333 W Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90015.
Delivery cost
- Free delivery on orders over $50.
- A flat $9.99 delivery rate applies to orders under $50.
- Applicable taxes and any CRV are calculated at checkout.
Handling & delivery times
- Handling: orders are prepared within 0–1 business day.
- Delivery: Los Angeles-area orders typically arrive in 1–2 business days, with same-day possible for orders placed before 5 PM during store hours; elsewhere in California allow 2–5 business days.
- Orders are not processed outside store hours: Mon–Thu: 6:30 AM – 11:00 PM
Fri–Sat: 6:30 AM – 12:00 AM
Sun: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM.
Age verification at delivery (required by law)
All alcohol deliveries require an adult signature. The recipient must be 21 or older and present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID that matches the order name at the time of handoff. We will not leave alcohol unattended, and we will refuse delivery to anyone who is under 21, cannot produce valid ID, or appears intoxicated. Refused deliveries may be subject to a restocking/redelivery charge.

Restrictions
Quantities may be limited by law. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be lawfully fulfilled — for example, an order with a delivery address outside California, or to a buyer who cannot verify they are 21+.
