Last updated: June 2026. Jo’s Liquor is a licensed California off-sale retailer (License No. 128497, Type 21 — Off-Sale General). Because we sell beverage alcohol, delivery is governed by California law and the terms below.
Where we deliver
We deliver within the State of California only. We do not ship or deliver to any other state, U.S. territory, or international address, and we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, or parcel lockers. In-store pickup is available at our shop at 333 W Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90015.
- Local delivery area: the greater Los Angeles area — Downtown LA and surrounding communities within roughly 15 miles of our shop.
- Statewide: available to addresses throughout California via a licensed carrier.
Delivery cost & minimums
- Free local delivery on orders over $50 across our Los Angeles service area; a flat $9.99 delivery fee applies to local orders under $50.
- Applicable California sales tax and any CRV are calculated at checkout.
Handling & delivery times
- Handling: orders are prepared within 0–1 business day.
- Local delivery: typically 1–2 business days; same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before 5 PM during store hours.
- Orders are not processed or delivered outside store hours: Mon–Thu: 6:30 AM – 11:00 PM
Fri–Sat: 6:30 AM – 12:00 AM
Sun: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM.
Age verification at delivery (required by law)
All alcohol deliveries require an adult signature. The recipient must be 21 or older and present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID that matches the order name at the time of handoff. We will not leave alcohol unattended, and we will refuse delivery to anyone who is under 21, cannot produce valid ID, or appears intoxicated. Refused deliveries may be subject to a restocking/redelivery charge.
Tracking

Restrictions
Quantities may be limited by law. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be lawfully fulfilled (for example, to a destination outside California or to a buyer who cannot verify they are 21+).
