Alcohol is non-returnable
Under California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control rules, alcoholic beverages generally cannot be returned or exchanged once they leave the store, except where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please order carefully.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@josliquor.com or (213) 747-0759 with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no cost to you.
Order cancellations & failed deliveries
- Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they are dispatched or picked up.
- If a delivery is refused because no one 21+ with valid ID is available to sign, the order may be returned to the store. The cost of delivery is non-refundable, and a redelivery fee may apply.
Refund method & timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank.
Non-returnable items
Opened products, items damaged through misuse, clearance/final-sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
